- ⇒ Client will provide the resource requirements for the project to Critical Touch.
- ⇒ Critical Touch's Resource Allocation manager will send the resumes from the available resource pool that match the requirement.
- ⇒ Critical Touch will facilitate the interviews.
- ⇒ Client selects the resources or asks for more resumes to be interviewed until client is satisfied with the resources to be deployed.
- ⇒ Critical Touch deploys the selected resources as per the signed statement of work terms.
- ⇒ Weekly / Daily timesheets are sent to client for review and signoff.
- ⇒ End of every billing cycle Invoices will be created from the approved timesheet and sent to client.
- ⇒ Regular review meetings will be conducted between Client and Critical Touch project manager to review the performance of the resources and the progress of the project. Any issues or red flags will be handled proactively from the Critical Touch side.
Tools for Communication: The offshore team deployed for Client will use several tools and communication channels to make sure that the project tasks are performed to the utmost satisfaction of Client.
Offshore Dedicated Team - Benefits to client:
- ⇒ Critical Touch will provide shadow resources at no cost who will be as competent as the main resource and can easily take over from the point where main resource has left in case of sickness, vacation, attrition or any other absences to avoid any delays to the project deliverables.
- ⇒ Though Client pays only for the chosen resource, HR Grapics also provides at its own cost a Quality Assurance Manager and Account manager who ensures smooth functioning of the development process.
- ⇒ Critical Touch Provides development server and Infrastructure services at no additional cost to Client
Build-Operate-Transfer:
Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) is a type of off shoring model, wherein a private entity receives a concession from an organisation to finance, design, construct, operate a facility and finally transfer the ownership of the facility and its operations to the contracted organisation.
A firm contracts with Critical Touch to build a joint services or development center offshore and manage it for a fixed interim period mutually decided. The firm will try the BOT Model with the expectation that Critical Touch can initiate operations and reach operating stability much faster than it can with an in-house effort.
BOT model works in three phases:
Build:

Transfer:
- ⇒ Consistent with initial plans and periodic status checks, client can exercise the Option to take over the team in a planned fashion
